Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Gas Services Supervisor on a permanent basis to manage a team of operatives.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Gas Supervisor include (but not limited to):

• Manage gas operatives, overseeing day-to-day service delivery and performance.
• Take operational and commercial responsibility for gas-related installation, servicing, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation, certification requirements, and industry standards.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and safe systems of work across all activity.
• Plan workloads, resources, and associated procedures to optimise productivity and service quality.
• Monitor operational performance against KPIs and contribute to financial control within agreed parameters.
• Ensure systems and records are accurately maintained and management reports produced on time.
• Ensure all works are recorded, costed, and reported for accurate financial and operational tracking.

Essential Requirements of the Gas Supervisor:

• Relevant trade background within gas services
• Full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
• Basic DBS
